They have a portfolio of work they claim to have completed, however, if you need something remotely similar done. (No, Not something copied as it would be illegal. Just a site with similar features.) They will claim they can't do it. Makes you wonder why they even have a portfolio pretending to have completed so many items when they can't do what they claim they can?

I too thought their service was very poor. They provided very little help. Didn't seem to care about clients concerns or bother helping client. Finally took business elsewhere and said the heck with exclusive web.
