I came to Oceanside branch on July 8 to add my wife to my acct...after 45 mins associate came & asked what can they do for us & we said I need to add her to my acct & she said it takes another 15 mins, 15 mins passed by another associate asking again what can she help us then she said another few minutes then half an hour later we still waiting & waiting & waiting...this is the worst customer servise I had in the bank...after 1:30 mins finally we got served.
