FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE, sources of malevolent attacks to the office
A new survey comes to confirm the tie between the growing use of the social medias in the enterprises and the malevolent programs (malware).
Facebooks, Youtubes, LinkedIns and other social sites win the land during work hours. Close to 8 employees out of 10 (79%) consult these sites since their enterprise for professional reasons. A person out of two (51%) goes there once at least per day.
Such are the findings of the fourth survey of FaceTime Communications achieved to the United States by 500 employees and responsible of the technologies of information (TI) in big enterprises.
On the other hand, the rise of the popularity of the Facebooks and Youtube has a price. They don't bring that of the good, but of the malevolent programs, to say FaceTime, that offers some solutions against the computer attacks.
It would cost more than 125 000 of them $US to the big enterprises per month to get over computer attacks and to recover the lost data caused by its Internet sites.
The big enterprises would be victims of 34 malevolent incidents per month, the viruses, toward and horses of Troy being the most popular.
